Iconic stories that move millions

Skyfilm is one of the first independent film production companies in Hungary, founded by Gábor Herendi in 1991.

Over the past 35 years, we have grown into one of the key players of the Hungarian entertainment industry. So far, Skyfilm has produced ten feature films, numerous successful drama series, and hundreds of commercials that have reached millions of viewers.

Out of the fifteen most-watched Hungarian films after the political transition, five were produced by Skyfilm – including the Valami Amerika trilogy (A Kind of America trilogy), Kincsem (Bet on Revenge), and Toxikoma.
